After a devastating fire destroyed our vocational and work service offices, we purchased 2.5 acres on Linne Road in Paso Robles and began the process of designing a new 15,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility. In the fall of 2008, we finished our new facility and moved all our programs under one roof.
NCI Affiliates chose Santa Lucia Bank to finance our new project.
Robert Covarrubias, the Paso Robles Branch Manager, helped NCI negotiate the loan process each step of the way. Robert and the staff worked closely with our contractor to ensure our project was on schedule and on budget.
